Very good piece, Mr. Arnell. All factual. One suggestion from a dedicated paid subscriber: we live in a fast paced world. Shorter pieces would be more effectual. Be well. Write on.

The Cloward-Piven Strategy is not a conspiracy theory. We're watching it play out in real time...

My days of living in ignorant taxpayer bliss ended a long time ago. I’ve gone from being a passive payer of income tax, to being a cynical payer, knowing my hard earned, many times taxed income is being stolen and pocketed by thieves in government and NGO’s and where ever so called charitable giving is purported. I still give 10% of my already taxed income for charitable purposes, but I throughly research which entities receive my money: Samaritan’s Purse, Hillsdale College and the Gary Sinise Foundation earn my trust.

I’m going to pay a big tax bill this year, and it makes me sick knowing that nearly all of it: state, local and federal will be used for purposes I find extremely objectionable and against my interests. I have no say. Voting is practically a joke. Government is the enemy, no matter which party is in office. My cynicism isn’t going away. My self-reliance and independence has served me well, but the robbery I endure at the hands of government has hardened my heart to the point that I have very little empathy left to expend.
